Q: Where do I find the link to downlaod files?
A: The link to download your order is sent in a second email to you. So please be sure enter your correct email address. If you have gone through checkout with only free items, the process may take a bit longer, as the order must be manually processed. Carts with a balance paid online through paypal, trigger an immediate, automatic email containing the links required to download all your items. Q: I received the download link through email, but i still am not able to download files! What am I missing? A: When you click on the link received through email - an image page comes up. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, then over to the far right. There you will find the words "download go". Click to start download. Q: I received the designs through download, but did not receive a format I can use with my software or embroidery machine. How do I get another format? A: Send request for other formats to: sewdarnbusy@socal.rr.com - when message is received your format will be immediately sent to you through email. Q. Can the designs only be received via email? A. If you prefer to have a multi-format design CD mailed to you, please add $10 to your order. CDs are mailed out within 24 hours of payment received. Q. I received a download that says .rar format. I cannot open this format. My embroidery software cannot read this format. What is this? A. .rar creates a much smaller zipped folder. if the embroidery set ordered is too large to use .zip, then the .rar format is used to be able to upload to our site. This folder works like the more popular .zip - if you are not able to extract files from .rar, download winrar for free at:
